The Stream Channel & Wetland Edge Seed Mix consists of wildflowers, sedges, and grasses.  This mix thrives in consistently moist soil that has full sun-part sun exposure.  This mix is suitable for streambank or wetland edge restorations, and will tolerate some flooding.  This mix aids in erosion control, and is made up of tough species that will establish quickly.

For best results follow these instructions:

  1. Store seed in a cool dry place until needed.
  2. Prepare seeding area-remove weeds, cultivate and amend as required, pack but avoid smoothing out the soil completely.
  3. Cover with 1/4″ topsoil or mulch, or harrow.
  4. Sow in late fall or early spring, avoid summer planting.
